Upon receiving your product, you have 10 days to return it if it has not been used. 1-Year Limited Warranty Every paddle includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal pickleball use. If your paddle develops a structural defect within 12 months of purchase, contact us with proof of purchase and photos. After evaluation, we will repair or replace the paddle if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect. Coverage Includes: Core failure due to manufacturing defect Handle separation under normal play Structural cracking not caused by impact abuse Not Covered: Normal cosmetic wear Edge guard wear and surface scratches Damage from hitting objects other than a pickleball Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or modification This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
